I'm back at last, and what an absolutely stunning surprise it was to come back to a Daily Deviation (my very first!). You could have knocked me over with a feather. I'm grateful beyond words to Emerald-Depths (https://www.deviantart.com/emerald-depths) for featuring it, and to everyone who gave me positive feedback and told me of their own love of books and reading. I am departing for Paris this evening and will therefore be M.I.A. until August 26th. It's the first holiday I've had in years and I am beyond excited. If any of you are in or near Paris and wish to grab a cup of coffee, feel free to note me and you can expect a note back within two days, when I arrive and get settled into the hotel.
